The Day I Swapped My Dad for 2 Goldfish

AR: 2.8
by Neil Gaiman     Illus. by Dave McKean
Normal-length Picture Book
Genre: Funny Fiction

A boy swaps his dad for two goldfish his friend brings over. When he gets busted by his mom (with the help of his little sister), he tries to get his dad back but finds that he has been traded again, and again, and again...

This is a pretty funny book by the author/illustrator team of Gaiman and McKean. It made me laugh out loud! The pictures are pretty crazy. They remind me of the old "Sandman" comic books written by Gaiman and illustrated by McKean. If you like twisted humor or silliness, check this book out.
