Newspaper CreatorMake your own newspaper to report on an event in American History! Fill in each of the spaces below, select your illustration and ads, choose text fonts and sizes, and click on "Publish My Newspaper" at the bottom. A new window will pop up and show your newspaper that you can print out. TipsThis site works best in Internet Explorer. It should show up correctly using embedded fonts. If it doesn't, then I highly suggest downloading and installing the Hultog font. If your computer doesn't have this font and it can't use the embedded fonts, it will use the Times font, but as you can see at right, Hultog looks a lot more like the font you would see on an old newspaper!Click on a headline font sample to choose that font for the newspaper name. Or just type the name of the font (on your system) that you would like to use. Be sure all spaces are filled in and all options selected. If you forget any parts, or if you make a mistake, just close the pop-up window and make changes. |
