In a real sense, people who have read good literature have lived more than people who cannot or will not read. It is not true that we have only one life to live; if we can read, we can live as many more lives and as many kinds of lives as we wish.

Charlie tries to trick his little sister into eating "good-for-you" food like peas and tomatoes. But who is doing the tricking?

This award-winning book is kind of funny, though I didn't like it very much. I did really like the pictures even though Charlie looks like a girl. I hear you should really read it a couple times to get the most enjoyment out of it. Some teachers at my school really like it. Try it out, you might enjoy it.
